We do not work directly with insurance providers, which means that you are responsible for the treatment costs yourself. For more information about payment conditions click here.

Treatment length is determined in consultation with the psychologist and adapted to fit the nature of the client’s complaints, goals, and financial considerations. You also have the right to cease treatment at any time and for any reason.

In the event that you miss your appointment, you will still be charged the session’s standard fee as this is considered a no-show. The no-show fee also applies if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

The frequency of sessions is determined together with your psychologist. Sessions can take place once a week, however, they can also take place more or less frequently, depending on the client’s goals, needs, and preferences.

We offer in-person sessions at our office in Rotterdam on select days. Alternatively sessions may also take place online through different video calling platforms, such as Zoom or Teams. The choice is up to you.

At Free Mind Psychological Services we do not take on conditions that require specialized treatment. Examples of these conditions are the following:
Acute suicidality
Severe eating disorders
Severe addictions
Severe aggression
