The first step is to get in touch to arrange either your free 15-minute introductory phone consultation or book your intake assessment directly. Once your form is submitted, we will reach out to you within two working days to proceed.

Phone consultation (optional)

During this consultation, we will get to know you and introduce you to our approach and procedures here at Free Mind. We may also discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Book your intake assessment / therapy session

Once you’ve contacted us or after your phone consultation, we will schedule your intake assessment.

Start your trajectory!

Once we've discussed your needs, identified your challenges, and your request for help, you can choose between 60-minute or 90-minute sessions for your trajectory at Free Mind, available either online or in person.

    An intake assessment is your first step in starting therapy. During this 90-minute session, we'll discuss your background, current concerns, and goals. This helps us create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, so we can move forward in the best way possible.

    At FreeMind, we offer personalized individual therapy in 60-minute sessions, tailored to address diverse mental health concerns and using evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your goals and enhance your overall well-being.

    At FreeMind, we also offer personalized individual therapy in 90- instead of 50-minute sessions. Session length can be discussed with your therapist to determine what best supports your needs and goals.
