At Free Mind Psychological Services, we practice a client-centered approach, whereby we adapt our treatment style according to the client’s needs, therapy goals, and the nature of their complaints. Every client is different and an approach that may work for one person may not work for someone else.

We incorporate elements of various therapeutic techniques, including those from cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and more.

It is important to us that our methods rely on evidence-based treatment approaches. This means that the treatment techniques we use have shown to be effective by large-scale clinical research studies.

We also place high importance on collaboration and a healthy therapeutic relationship. We strongly believe that a client-therapist relationship based on mutual trust and respect is essential for a successful therapy outcome. Therefore, we work together with the client to help them find appropriate solutions and implement them in the client’s life.
