Meet the psychologists

Domen Pardo MSc.

Originally from Slovenia, I moved to Czech Republic at the age of ten, where I completed my international education before relocating to the Netherlands to study psychology. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master’s degrees at Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in Clinical Psychology. My academic journey fostered an interest in addiction, leading me to carry out research on alcohol use and further research exploring the connections between MDMA use and personality traits.

In the past I have gained clinical experience in psychiatric settings, including a clinic where I worked with individuals facing addiction and other mental health conditions.

In addition to private practice, I also work as a psychologist at a GP practice, providing short-term treatment and guiding clients through the mental health care system. Moreover, I work with a mental health organization focused on preventative care.

Based in Rotterdam, I offer therapy in English, Slovenian, and Serbo-Croatian.

Our sessions are a space for open, honest communication, where we work together to process the past, navigate the present, and prepare for the future with clear goals. I support you through life’s challenges, help you reflect, and equip you with skills to manage both internal and external struggles. Together, we deconstruct life patterns and uncover their underlying causes. We identify and replace unhelpful coping mechanisms with healthier, more effective strategies.

Through our work, you gain insight into how your thoughts and emotions are shaped by past experiences. I guide you in reshaping thought patterns to be more balanced and constructive, empowering you to manage difficult emotions with more confidence.
